Frequently asked questions
What does my score actually mean?
Your score is a relative index of task exposure to AI, from 0 to 100. A higher score means greater exposure in this model. It is not a percentage chance of losing your job, and it does not measure your worth.
What is the assessment based on?
The Index combines occupation data with a task-based assessment informed by O*NET, the OECD AI Capability Indicators (2025), and published research on large language model exposure. Your answers add context about the work you actually do.
Is my score free?
Yes. Your score and initial breakdown are free, without an account or email requirement. The optional Pro Report is $5 once and adds a more detailed analysis and action plan.
Can my score change?
Yes. Different responsibilities, skills, or answers can change your assessment. AI capabilities and adoption also change. Treat a score as a starting point for investigation, not a fixed verdict.
Sources and methodology
The score is a relative index of task exposure from 0 to 100. It is not a percentage chance of losing a job or a forecast of layoffs. Individual tasks, employer choices, adoption, and regulation all matter.
The Index uses stored BLS-based occupation data. O*NET, OECD capability indicators, and task-exposure research are contextual references. The derivation of the stored occupation scores is not reproducibly documented in the published dataset.
The source snapshot does not record the wage-survey year or employment-projection window. Check the original BLS release before treating these figures as current. Editorial changes and export dates do not establish data freshness.
